About the ERP Implementation Admin role:
We are looking for an experienced IT Specialist with expertise in ERP Systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights, enabling data-driven decision-making across our organization. This role requires a mix of technical skills, business insight, and an eye for design to create visually appealing and highly functional dashboards.
ERP Implementation & Administration
- Take the lead on upgrading our ERP System (Quantum by Component Control).
- Thoroughly learn the workings of the system, while leveraging consultants as needed.
- Administering proper permissions and controls.
- Cleaning up junk data. Creating processes for proper use of key modules to prevent future proliferation of junk data.
Data Analysis & Power BI Development
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
- Develop data models that integrate with multiple data sources.
- Use SQL and other data manipulation tools to transform and validate data.
User Technical Support
- Manage an outside Managed Service Provider in order to provide technical support for teammates for issues with computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Train teammates on proper use of key ERP modules.
- Train teammates on Power BI functionalities, including report creation, filtering, and navigation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on ERP systems, Power BI development, and data analysis.
- Experience with Oracle-based ERP implementations a huge plus.
- Resourcefulness in leveraging outside consultants and managed service provider within budgetary constraints.
- Proficiency in Power BI, including Power Query and data modeling.
- Solid understanding of SQL and database management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
